I just read a piece from Stratfor, detailing the sequences around Kosovo –i gotta admit –USA could hardly have handled that worse. And can’t blame it all on Clinton, either, as the independence partition was Bush. I think west ignored Russia’s feelings due to pent up piss off over all the misery USSR dealt out.
