found Not Guilty. This was in 1901 or so.

Pershing’s Moro Campaigns came in 1912 after TR was out of office.

Joseph Schott’s “Ordeal of Samar” is the best book I know of on Balangigga, Waller
and The Court Martial That Wasn’t.
