Absolute nonsense, and here’s why: It’s a perfect example of bureaucrat-speak linear statistical ‘analysis.’ The ‘study’ assumes that the Hispanic population will grow dramatically, when, in fact, Hispanic birthrates are down to the U.S. norm — in Mexico! Apparently, fed statisticians are ‘hiding the decline’ in Hispanic birthrates. Of course, part of the assumption is continued unchecked immigration. More nonsense.
