Perhaps the ”flattened Capital of SO” was a valuable early weapon, but later not quite valuable enough to actually flatten ten or so blocks & escort the NGOs over it, but it’s weird they don’t care more about credibility. They care enough to flood the global comms channels, but not enough to arrange the evidence. That’s what don’t add up.
