LoTM: It doesn’t matter how it’s structured if renegades like Obama are allowed to do as they please. Where is his Constitutional authority in the matter? It’s a law enforcement problem & if there is no authorized vehicle in place to enforce the law, then it may be the best time in our nations history to repel this invasion of domestic enemies of our Constitution.
