obama operates in the shadows, not in the transparent manner he lied about during the campaign. But are the Czar’s any more than a kitchen cabinet? While they do operate around the world with that world knowing they are doing obama the Kenyan’s bidding that is their only power…formidable as it is.

It’s also a way for obama to manage the effectiveness of those Cabinet Secretaries who must rail at playing second fiddle to true cronies. But why worry for by setting the Czars up and playing them up? obama is simply providing more proof of his ineptness and exposing the Czars to oversight where Executive Privilege is going to be hard to claim when the investigations begin.
