Hehehehe, prior to going to the UAE I was advised to get an HIV test as if I was infected expenses to get back were on my very light purse. Anyway, I was sitting with the clerk making the arrangements for the test and he informed they called the test not an HIV Test or a similarly descriptive term, no, it was the “Special Test” I asked if there were any other “Special Test”s and he chuckled and said no. So too it is with news reports of crime, if they don’t report the race then you know its either Hispanic or Black (those who are Muslim here are good people, at least so far they are). The only difference there are two obvious and unrevelaed alternatives.
