The thing is, against all odds, Europeans (and particularly the French) think that all immigrants will eventually convert to their wonderful culture (and cuisine), which is the Best in the world. They don’t really stop to think that for some reason Muslim immigrants will not become Europeans simply because of the geographical change, and instead will maintain their own culture and religion with honor killings, female mutilation, burkas and kebabs (actually, I don’t really understand that, too. Having a choice…)
