Are you suggesting we can’t supply them with arms above-board? Can you say more about this? I know we wanted deniability in Afghanistan, but non-belligerants are permitted to trade with belligerents under international law (hey–it is clear on a few basic principles!). And, we’ve got the land border between Georgia and a NATO ally!!
