C4, that would make sense if America had captured its own ships and enslaved its own crews off the Barbary coast, in order to blame and then make war on innocent pashas, or if Pancho Villa, the 700 medical students, Sitting Bull, and Noriega had been planted agents-provocateurs. No I have no definitive evidence for my argument, but neither do you for yours –and i do have history, patterns, track-records, and common sense building a strong probability. Might or might not carry weight in a court, but this is a blog thread –guessing & speculation, often prejudiced (which on an either/or raises the question, why the one prejudice, and not the other?).
