By the same token, all aggression is intervention BUT all intervention is not aggression.

To insist on non-intervention in foreign affairs is to advocate prior restraints upon
Americans and especially on American enterprise. Free markets and free trade intervene in every statist fantasy that ever existed. Trouble follows.

Looking over what American intervention has accomplished in the last 5 decades, I am pleased with the overall results. And take pride in having assisted in a few of those “felonies” myself.

To repeat what I said earlier: We are the most successful of imperialists and I figure on keeping things that way.
