Whether they are Democrat or Republican, politicians have now become a permanent class in the capital, existing along with a giant bureaucracy, operating the government for their own sake. Unless that is changed, they will simply continue to increasing until they bankrupt the country.
No Way In
"Fun read and a great first effort. The characters have distinct personalities, the action is gripping and there's a sense of realism without becoming overly technical. It's a story that you think may have actually happened in the real world. On the downside, the start is a little stilted and the author doesn't hit his pace until about 30 pages in but this is a quibble.
