Last time I paid any attention to South Africa, all the welfare funding and reparations were going just to blacks. Whites were being laid off from their jobs so that blacks could take them, etc.
Does anyone have any sense of whether the socialism described in Wretchard’s citation applies equally to white and to black South Africans, or just to its blacks?
