Regarding excessive black crime as an offset to slavery, present day per capita black-on-white crime is 39 times higher than per capita white-on-black crime. This fact would pretty well negate any argument for reparations. It would also be part of the explanation, along with political repression, for lynching of blacks between 1865 and 1960, when each local community was more free to defend itself.

If Obama is elected and pushes for reparations, he will destroy the Jackass party and maybe the nation.
