Ruby Red: Fully suspecting that your crystal ball is no better than mine, I’ll suggest that your anti-Bush rant is not only wrong, but doubly wrong: India will not engage “various international law enforcement agencies” to deal with this threat: first, they’ll storm the hotels, take a bunch of prisoners and then extract actionable intelligence through less-than-gentle means. And the second part of your rant that’s wrong is that Bush has never suggested a “semi-permanent projection of an occupying military force”. In fact, the SOF agreement approved in Baghdad today foresees an end in several years. Other than that, your analysis is not bad. Wrong, yes, and filled with venom, but not bad. F
