“He’s still an Alien insofar as the ideals and aspirations of the majority of the American people are concerned.”

I don’t understand why Obama is being demonized. I suppose his education was a bit elitist, on the other hand he’s no where near as elitist as the Bushes. Remember George Senior not knowing what a grocery scanner was?

“Does it really matter now, since this president is un-impeachable? If we had not allowed the executive branch to evolve into a de-facto dictatorship, we wouldn’t be having this conversation.”

More totally odd demonization. Yeah right, he’s Bashar al-Assad..

Then there was the commenter who called Obama totally evil then went on to admit to being a monarchist. Utter nut.

“Whoa! You are completely *wrong*. There is no law that limits an individual releasing his *own* documents, none at all.”

There is a claim being made that under the current regulations he would be allowed to see it, but not to make a copy or take it out of the building.

Looking at the claims and counterclaims about the long form I’m getting confused. On the one hand there’s an official publicly saying the Hawaii only releases the short form as a public document etc etc, on the other hand there are people who saying they had no trouble getting a copy of their long form.

Ultimately I have never cared, which is why I didn’t spend the time looking into this.

The perceptions of the birthers are really odd. One just told me that Obama has destroyed the legitimacy of America all over the world. Funny, I thought that Bush was supposed to have done that, and everyone was so relieved that he was gone that they stuffed Obama’s jock strap with Nobel Peace Prizes just for walking on stage.
