This is a Leftist/UN/EU formulation that says functionally there is no such thing as national sovereignty if the UN or other supra-national group decides….

Rather curiously, the powers-that-be seem to believe that the concept of sovereignty is “just so last century”—as the editors of “Vogue” might say

…unless the sovereignty in question happens to of the Palestinian variety, in which case, Bring It On!!.

And since the Palestinians have decided (long ago, in fact) that Palestinian sovereignty must absolutely preclude the State of Israel, it seems that the State of Israel will just have to take a flying leap…into the Mediterranean Sea. For everyone’s sake, of course.
