I thought we had already been buying left-over Russian arms. Isn’t there some kind of dollars for Russian nukes program in place where we’ve been paying them to destroy or better protect their nukes for some years now? It would appear that Putin has decided that he can get more for rusty Russian nukes from North Korea and Iran than he can from Uncle Sam … or maybe he’s just double-dipping and selling the same old moldy nuke over and over and over again to different bidders.
