Progressives in the West may be impressed by fancy pants words and the capacity to bob and weave when faced with a tough question. But in the Middle East the only thing that impresses is strength. And we forfeited it in November 2008. BTW, the weakening process has just begun. Wait till the Defense budget gets cut to “pay” for all this borrowing and spending.

The final lines of Psalm 29 say,”The Lord will give strength to His people; the Lord will bless His people with peace.” The message is clear. Strength first, then peace can follow. Ancient wisdom that is not in the least bit progressive.
