		<description>No one knew that primaries would become so important.  Now that this has happened, Congress should pass laws concerning presidential primaries, since they are a federal issue.  States should be divided into four equal groups: Alabama to Idaho, Illinois to Mississippi, Missouri to Oklahoma, and Oregon to Wyoming.  The primaries should be scheduled for April, May, June, and July.  The groups should alternate: A through I starts the sequence in April of 2012, I through M in 2016, etc.  There should be no caucuses.  Iowa and New Hampshire should have no more say in choosing candidates than the other states.</description>
