I fear that by bombing Iranian training and bomb manufacturing sites, the Iranian Quds forces would retaliate by directly attacking Iraqi/Coalition targets inside Iraq.
With our army/marines already stretched thin, and the surge buildup ending in July anyway, the results would be terrible.
It would be better to respond to Iran’s interference asymetrically. Specifically, turn the Iranian freedom fighters currently sequestered in Iraq loose on them, and assist/arm minority groups in Iran suffering under Tehran’s rule.
In other words, implement the Reagan option.
