If the United States had a smart foreign policy, we would be working with the Kurds all over the place. But... So, given the good words that were said about the Borjomi Declaration, is it possible for Israel to aid in the formation of a "High Level Strategic Cooperation Council" comprised of: 1 - Those countries which sign onto the Borjomi Declaration & 2 - Agree to a common foreign policy. There is some kind of literary metaphor that can probably shed some kind of illuminating light on this convergence of events, but I too damn dumb to think of it...
