Oprah: Obama’s Opposition Is Racist, Just Needs to Die Already

"It's the kind of thing that nobody ever says, but everybody's thinking it."

Right on cue. Oprah Winfrey is one of the richest women in America, but as President Obama finds himself drowning in his own disasters and dishonesty, Winfrey betrays America to a foreign media source.

“There’s a level of disrespect for the office that occurs,” Winfrey tells the BBC, “and occurs because in some cases, and maybe even many cases, because he’s African-American. There’s no question about that, and it’s the kind of thing that nobody ever says, but everybody’s thinking it.”

Actually, just about everyone on the left has used that smear at some point over the last five years, repeatedly and with glee. Including Oprah Winfrey.

Also, apparently George W. Bush is “African-American” too.

In the same interview, Winfrey also declared her desire for “old racists” to die.

“There are still generations of people, older people, who were born and bred and marinated in it, in that prejudice and racism, and they just have to die,” she said.

I long for an America that stops making people who hate it fabulously wealthy.

Sorry, lady, but that race card has been played so often, and with so little justification, that it has become meaningless. All it means today is that you have no facts to support your position/opinion.

No, it isn't because of race --- it's because he's a total clown, f*ckup, and a douchebag to boot who will sell his grandmother for dog meat if it gets him narcissistic supply. Whether the Worst President in US History bears the name Barack 0bama, Richard Daley, or David Axelrod is just a biographical detail: a turd by any other name smells just as foul.

So disappointing that Oprah made these comments. If anything, Obama was elected because he's an African American....or whatever his actual heritage is. Nonetheless, if he, as the leader of our country, had taken the time to read, understand and digest Obamacare, perhaps his ego wouldn't have been so dead set on pushing it through. He's left millions of Americans in a precarious position. Couple that with his daily fixes, and it results in even more confusion. Oprah is out of line. We, as Americans, have the right (and duty) to voice our concerns over bad policies. HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE. Wait, who's the richest woman in America? Give me a break! Apparently her own series with Eckert Tolle diidn't stick in her mind. such a shame!

"There’s no question about that, and it’s the kind of thing that nobody ever says, but everybody’s thinking it.”

The reason "nobody says it" is because the statement is evil and obviously so.
The reason "everybody's thinking it" -- for Oprah's value of "everybody" -- is that they can't argue for their convictions, and are so terribly enraged by dissent that they can't control themselves. In other words, *they're* evil.

I hope that clears it up.

Okay, so in order to understand just what Oprah is getting at, it might be useful to employ a technique called mirroring. Here goes: "If we are ever going to get over our hypersensitivity to racial matters, a lot of people like Oprah have to die." How's that sound? Is it not as legitimate and permissible to say that as what Oprah said? I don't think either position, although strictly speaking permissible, is a legitimate or useful way to address a perceived problem. In other words - sheeeesh! How does this woman get anybody's respect?

She had it, definitely, once - but like many another celeb who went coo-coo over Obama very publically and very loudly ... she's loosing it now. I was at the grocery store yesterday, and noticed an issue of her latest magazine on the racks by the checkstand. I felt like turning it over, or putting another magazine in front of it ...

Witness the Unbelievable Amount of Racism That
Exists Among Conservatives and in the Tea Party

http://no-pasaran.blogspot.com/2013/11/witness-unbelievable-amount-of-racism.html

…/… Every time I read a column in which a leftist laments the racism he constantly finds among conservative groups, I wonder if he has ever heard about Tim Scott.

Given that the legislator from South Carolina is the only member of the United States Senate who is African-American, one would think that his name might be — almost — as renowned as Barack Obama's.

The explanation for Scott's relative obscurity is that he is a Republican — one who is backed by Tea Partiers and one from a Southern state to boot.

And were Scott better known, it would be far more difficult for leftists to bewail the racism of Republicans and Tea Partiers, not to mention Southerners. …/…

I'm ashamed to admit that once upon a time I actually respected Oprah and Whoopi.
