The irony of BLM demanding to the Democrats (you know, the party of the KKK, Jim Crow, etc) that they double down on the very things that created the misery that black urban Americans are suffering, is astounding.
We should call that Detroit Syndrome, because THAT is some serious bonding with your abusers, far and above what Stockholm syndrome accounts for.

"our community"? Damn. Now I have to wonder whether when push comes to shove he would come down on the side of all America, or just black... I don't think I've ever see Thomas Sowell use that possessive description, and he's kind of my litmus test for blacks who have transcended skin-color-based myopia.

13 50 90 That's what you need to know if black lives matter. 13% of the population commits 50% of the murders and 90% of those murdered are other black people. If black lives matter then the community needs to start addressing the problem of black on black violence.
But the BLM isn't about improving the lives of black people...

It's all about keeping the anti-government people on the left from making common cause with the anti-government people on the right. Divide and conquer.

Ben Carson is not alone. Legions of other black people have pulled themselves out of the ghettos to live productive and self-fulfilling lives. So, it is demonstrably possible. But what of those left behind? The more society is able to inspire, lead and smooth the pathway for some of those who lag in the pursuit of well-being, the more others among them will fall behind. It is the most promising contenders for improvement who will move on to a better life, leaving those behind all the more deprived by the loss of the best examples among them. Social progress inevitably is a distillation dilemma which leaves a residual gap problem ever more resistant to solution -- like a knot in a tangled string that, with the unraveling of each easy loop, becomes tighter still. White folks are not the obstacle to a better life but the stubborn belief that they are is.

and this is exactly the plan the GOP has been following since Reagan (and maybe before for all I know) and they can't crack double digits in the black vote.
Change "Jews" to "blacks" in Howard Baker's most infamous quote, and it's even more true.

BLM was founded and funded by Soros, apparently because the locals in Ferguson weren't violent enough early on. Mission Accomplished!
Soros is also the source of their funding and travel to all these photo ops. He is a $1 million Hillary PAC donor already, and the major benefactor of three pro-Hillary groups: Media Matters, Think Progress, and the newer Americans for Corruption or whatever Brock's new Hillary front is called.
Follow the money. They disrupt O'Malley, disrupt Sanders, arrange for a polite private meeting with Hillary. Do the math.

You're fooling yourself if you think BLM doesn't know who their target is. The radical Left first conquers the moderate Left, then uses the Party's resources to force everyone else into line and move on to control the legislature and bureaucracy. This is how you radicalize a country.
