I think Colmes's comment is a rope-a-dope. The FBI is under the Justice Dept. No way in hell they'll find anything of substance in Hillary's conduct. Then Colmes can say, "See, there's nothing to see here--just move along."

DEM's are realizing she is unelectable (unless GOP nominates Jeb Bush, Christie, Graham or other putz who kills turnout). They need her to find a "graceful" way to pretend it is her own decision. Problem is she knows this is her last chance and once someone gets the president bug there is no getting rid of it short of the grave.
