Restore \| Remove \| Ban User \| Email User LifeofThe Mind The National Guard should be trained to use phalanx formations and batons to suppress riots, with trained snipers providing cover against any threat of deadly force from the crowd. Sending in federal law enforcement, FBI or CBP or IRS etc does not stop a riot. The regular army should not be needed for this, nor are most of them properly trained to focus on this.
