SO WHEN, EXACTLY, DID THEY DECIDE TO BLAME THE VIDEO? Early briefing on Libya strike focused on Al Qaeda, before story changed. I’m guessing that was when somebody thought the truth might hurt the killing-bin-Laden-ended-Al-Qaeda election storyline.
