Ads like that, digital renderings like that cost so much a second to build/create – no one would be putting in that kind of time and effort and expense, and end up with such a complete product without approval. Period, end of story.

Did the agency do this in house? Or was it farmed out? If so to whom? What big grantmakers were involved? And was Fenton Communications anywhere near this one?
