Well, you could call it the memory hole. Or you could refer to it as ‘covering your tracks’.
I mean…when the state finally does go belly-up, I wouldn’t want people to know I voted against something that could bring in revenue. I’d want to keep that as hush-hush as possible. Alberto Torrico is just giving his fellow Democrats much needed cover.
