Ed -You are spot on when you mention Obama’s veneer of glibness. Glibness ranks number one on Hare’s psychopathy checklist in the aggressive narcissism section:

Glibness/superficial charm
Grandiose sense of self-worth
Pathological lying
Cunning/manipulative
Lack of remorse or guilt
Shallow affect
Callous/lack of empathy
Failure to accept responsibility for own actions
