According to redstate.com this campaign is supposed to have originated from Johannesburg. Which is a puzzlement. What’d we ever do to J’burg? Or did NY liberal staff merely e-mail it to J’burg so that it would be on O&M’s letterhead, but safely out of view of the American blogosphere?
