This is a great example of one of the most insightful concepts she put forward in Atlas Shrugged, “The Sanction of the Victim.”
It is important to these Congress critters that the hedge fund manager appear to be voluntarily going along with them rather than being forced into it.
Never accept an unearned guilt!
