Oministration pushed to release bomber (revealed)).
BP to get drilling rights in Libya (bomber’s home).
BP plugs the damn hole.
American now BP CEO.
BP’s earnings tanked (perhaps beckoning for a bailout).

OK, I don’t really think there’s a conspiracy, but it all looks funny if you look at the timeline.
