But the point is, the “original” (which I’m not sure they knew at time to be their Swan Song) album was NOT recorded in one take. Of course, it’s always harder to actually create something new, rather than just perform the music after someone has written and recorded everything for you. They’ve also had 41 years to listen to the original Beatles version and practice it, although not together…still, it’s always good to see respect for the genius of the “classics” !
