The problem with Iran is its regime; its nuclear program is merely a symptom of that problem.

It is this thought that makes me wonder why so many analysts seem to think that Israel (or the U.S.) would have to take out all of Iran’s nuclear sites to neutralize the threat. It is this thought that makes me think the answer could be a bit simpler than that.
