Unlike Newsweek, I Still Believe Obama is the President

That $1.00 that the husband of Rep. Jane Harman (D-CA) paid for Newsweek? Most overpriced business transaction evaaaah:

I actually double-checked to make sure it wasn’t a parody; and at least according to Newsweek’s fellow JournoListas at the Politico, it’s legit.

The Red Dog Report blog notes the irony of the full text of the cover:

Proper use of snark takes a wee bit of intelligence.

In an attempt to make fun of President Obama’s critics, Newsweek unintentionally (I hope) claims that Barack Obama “isn’t actually” President.

The Making of a

Terrorist Coddling

Warmongering

Wall Street Loving

Socialistic

Godless

Muslim

President

*Who isn’t actually any of those things

So Newsweek is clearly saying that Obama is none of those things.

Therefore Obama is not President.

Did I miss something?

Do they believe he is disqualified because he was not born in the country?  Or did he steal the nomination from Hillary?  Is [it] a euphemism because they feel the Community Organizer is chief is unqualified?  Is he really that bad?  Is this article the straw that breaks the camel’s back in favor of English as the official language of the United States?  Or at least the press.

Let’s ask Rick Sanchez of CNN, who would be crucified by our PC overlords for speaking in code if he said this on Fox:

Ad lib a tease!

Related:The SEIU apparently doesn’t know how to spell American. “I’m guessing that happens a lot with them.”

Update: Sanchez apologizes for his latest gaffe.
