Maybe it is their inner shame, presuming they have any, that makes them mock those that are doing their jobs for them. One wonders what make Bertha Lewis think that Giles is under any obligation to subject herself to Palin-like attacks by her and her ilk? It couldn't be the same obligation that makes Obama appear on every broadcast outlet except Fox, could it?
