I am from Nashville and when I say so to many that I meet I say no but I can play a Uke and a piano and of all things a tuba. This man was an inspiration to Mark Knopfler (sorry I probably misspelled it) as well as many of my friends that played six and twelve string acoustic. You do not have to be loud to be great. Him, Boots Randolph, Earl Scruggs, Hank Williams Sr and Jr., Charlie Daniels, Bill Monroe, Barefoot Jerry, Pat Boone, George Jones, Vasser Clements, Johnny Cash and others are treasures from this city and the suburbs.

If you come to Nashville then go to Broadway and see Tootsies Orchid Lounge and some of the other venues if you like good music you can find all sorts here in a small area around Broadway and 2nd Avenue then visit the Country music Hall of Fame off 16th avenue where most of the major recording studios are.

Wow, that is amazing. Chet Atkins makes it looks SO easy. Nothing moves but his hands and fingers.

Thanks Ed!
