Let me paraphrase the famous speech of Rahm "Ballet Boy" Emanuel:

Mary Bono-Mack (California) - DEAD. (Sonny must be spinning in his grave right now!)
Mike Castle (Delaware) - DEAD.
Mark Kirk (Illinois) - DEAD.
Leonard Lance (New Jersey) - DEAD.
Frank LoBiondo (New Jersey) - DEAD.
John McHugh (New York) - DEAD.
Dave Reichert (Washington) - DEAD.
Chris Smith (New Jersey) - DEAD.

And, yes, lest I be misunderstood, I'm only speaking in a POLITICAL sense. (*Seinfeld eye-roll*)

So....when do we start shipping rotten fishes to these self-aggrandizing fools?

Idiocy and thievery? It's a Democrat disease; but it must be catching as more and more Republicans are coming down with it.

Cap and Trade is an important event in our country's history. It must be commemorated.

The House and Senate (when it votes) should enscribe the name, district, party, reading status (*1), and vote of every Member (and Senator) on a brass plaque to be mounted outside the Congress.

This plaque will enshrine our politicians in our memory and can be visited in our country's history so that their names and party will not be forgotten.

If it is a glory of accomplishment, then let their names shine on into history, with the naysayers heaped in shame.

Or, if it is a shameless, grasping, taxing, power grab, then we can always remember the names of the idiots and thieves who voted YEA, and that will be their legacy.

----------
(*1) reading status - whether they read the thing before voting on it.
