Cannonship: yeah, that’s real family values.. abstinence really worked for this girl. And don’t just blow it off that oh, well, that’s teen culture. I thought the purpose of abstinence was to TEACH your kids so they can stand up against the teen culture of underage sex. And getting married only because there’s an illegitimate child on the way? Yes, that’s values.. marriage is just for covering up your mistakes, not because you just really love the person.
And what about this little 4 month old baby? Yes, working moms are great, but sometimes, there are times in our lives when families need present parents more than an extra paycheck. She’ll be on the campaign trail non-stop for the next few months, then possibly in Washington. Who’s caring for the baby? Seems like her daughter is holding him a lot, but soon she’ll have one of her own. A nanny? Your child is only a little baby once.. there will be plenty of times to run for public office. Some family values. Poor kid won’t have a strong attachment with his mom. And special needs kids need all the more attention and commitment. I don’t think people are being sexist when they say she should just go home.. it’s just obvious that right now her family needs her more than the country does right now.
