Michele,
As you see by the comments here of Obama supporters don’t get it because they are too happy about the difficult challenges facing this 17 year old girl. The party of hate is jubuliant at this news. It’s almost as good as having a hurricane hit NOLA during the GOP convention. They just couldn’t be happier, unless a plague killed all the people in red states. Those are the dreams and hopes and aspirations of democrats.
And for the record, all the ‘sympathetic’ comments about the Downs child needing his mother – you lefties would have killed him – we know just how much you care about him.
As far as this being a bad decision, the McCain campaign can give you ten million reasons why it was a great choice; they’ve raised $10,000,000 since the announcement.
For you Obamatons that think democrat women are all about abortion, you’re betting the farm on it. What all women see is the way both Hillary and Palin are attacked, how they have attacked Palin’s children, and how judgmental the democrats are on careerwomen. We get it. You think a woman with more experience is less qualified. We get it. You think a woman cannot be a good parent and work. We get it. You think the maternity of a special needs child is great fodder for a smear, especially if you can tar a teenager in the process. You aim to hurt – and destroy. We get it. Message received loud and clear.
Here’s a little message for you. Governor Sarah Palin is going to show you dignity in the face of challenges. She is going to give you honesty to abut and confront your slimy lies. She is going to hold her head up like many mothers of special needs children who have careers and those who don’t. She’s going to continue working for her country and all the mud and phony concerns about her ‘inexperience’ (from people who think CAMPAIGNING is experience) won’t stop her. But keep trying. It’s winning votes for the GOP.
Nice try anyway Michele. Gloating about the hardship of others is just too much to pass up if you are a democrat.
