These delicious phrases from “Beyond Good and Evil” seem to me to be apposite to the scandalous news item above:
He said that “…equal rights, education, ambitions and obligations are typical signs of ‘shallowness’”.
He went on to categorize the nature of women as
“…their genuine, predator-like, cunning suppleness, their tiger’s claw beneath the glove, their naïve egoism,….the mystery, breadth and range of their desires and virtues…” and so on. [ F.N. said it, not me ]
Further, he said that women’s emancipation leads to the ‘uglification of Europe’ (or America, I guess)
And it IS going to get ugly.
