Angry: “The sad thing is that there are many more competent women he could have chosen from.”

Same goes for African-Americans: there are many, many, MANY more competent African-American males AND females who could have been nominated to lead the Democratic Party, or any party, into the White House.

Daniel: “It is clear to me that Mccain is using women as a tool… just to gain votes for him. The Biden choice is a respectful one, because it was to benefit the country.”

What has been very clear to everyone from the emergence of Obama is that Obama used Trinity Church, the very racist Reverend Wright, Chicago’s South Side community and William Ayers Education program to win over the black constituency because Obama was thought to be ‘too white’ and elitist and out of touch with the common man, having come from Harvard and Columbia and being bi-racial. Obama has continued to use his race and the race card at every chance that he could, knowing full well that McCain and the GOP will stay clear of saying anything even remotely close to insensitive for fear of being called a racist.

Obama’s choice of the angry Washington insider, Biden, was not a “respectful one” — it was a necessary one because it makes up for Obama’s total lack of foreign policy and international relations experience. Palin, on the other hand, is Governor of an extremely critical and strategic state since Alaska is not only rich in energy resources, but it also shares borders with 2 significant countries (an ally in Canada and an ambitious Russia), and the state supports the US military and NATO’s mission in the Pacific theater on the global war on terror.
