Fact is more people in America are conservative or moderate — NOT liberal like Obama or Biden, and definitely not an EXTREME liberal like Obama. Remember that Bush II and Reagan won back-to-back presidential elections, despite being called everything from Devil to Hitler by the left-leaning masses.
Palin’s pick as VP running mate is perfect. It illustrates Americana at its best — everyday blue collar, working class, sports-loving, family-loving regular people. Certainly, not elitist, not Washington insiders, totally unconventional for an unconventional country like the great US of A.
Obama’s speech at Invesco Field: the money they spent on last night’s over-the-top show could have been used for the homeless, the war on poverty and world hunger that Obama loves to talk about, and even give some to Obama’s poverty-stricken, shack-living, $1 a month brother. And, oh, by the way, who will be paying for (who will he be taxing) to get his totally unrealistic, sweeping proposals passed?
