This is surprising. It’s a sign that McCain has conceded the experience issue. But the experience issue was the best that McCain had–and he goes out and picks someone with LESS experience than the guy he’s criticizing? A quite odd and almost desperate choice.
I don’t agree. Palin has two terms of city council, has been a mayor and has executive experience as a Governor of her state… and she’s just second seat, as it were. As VP pick, she has more experience than the Dem’s POTUS pick. heh. If you add her executive experience with McCain’s experience in the military and in the Senate, they together far outshine the combined Democratic ticket.
And her approval ratings are upwards of 80% as her state’s leader! I like it!
