It seems the reason this sport can exist only in Afghanistan and uncivilized regions of the middle east, is because of the absence of sports lawyers and sports agents.
If we tried to bring it to the US a flood of lawsuits would proceed its arrival and PETA would sue to protect the goat and the horses. Agents would try to get the league to remove or raise the salary cap and horse breeders would insist on no less than two 300 man teams in a 40 team league.
The womens league would feature bikini clad riders on ponies using a live bobcat as the buzkashi.
It might get some big prime time exposure on Monday night now that football is featured on Sunday night.
