Wow…I was in Alaska a few weeks ago, and I heard rumors up there that McCain was considering “the Alaska governor” (I didn’t even know her name at the time) as a veep pick. I immediately discounted them–I thought they were just rumors. I never would have guessed it turned out to be true! And I’ve got to say, after looking over Palin’s bio, I’m actually starting to get excited about this race for the first time. All in all, I think it’s an inspired choice.
