The problem is that we lost the America the founding fathers handed down to thier children”us”. We let it slip away to the hands of forgien blood. You are right about the founding fathers not wanting split loyalties controling our armies. Its not just sad its unforgivable what we have let happen to this beautiful and once powerful nation. Its not a republican or dem issue, its an American issue. In the words of the great Righteous Brothers once sang out;”youve lost that loving feeling”. Yes this country has lost that feeling. I cant stand being surrounded by ppl here on visas and illegals coming into this country and trying to make it as much like thier country as possable.
