RE: Alex Jones, Conservative

I maintain that he is an ultra-conservative because he believes in individual freedom and limited government. — TXpatriot

That’s more Libertarian than ultra-conservative.

Additionally, the lead in thread describe the altercation as between Michelle and a bunch of anarchists.

Furthermore, after watching various videos of the incident, I can’t think of a single ‘ultra-conservative’ who would dress like the denizens who appeared to be supportive of Alex Jones.

Conservatives disavow him because he has many nutty theories (like we bombed ourselves at 911). His starting point is correct–we need a limited government that adheres to the Constitution. His paranoia makes him a little (ok a lot) goofy. — TXpatriot

Goofy? GOOFY! Goofy was a lovable character from Disney. Alex is ANYTHING BUT that.

I also don’t think Alex is a man of hatred. — TXpatriot

Can’t prove that by those videos.

Maybe, if you know him well enough, you could get him to put up a sincere apology on YouTube. And I don’t mean one of those non-apologies we see from politicians all the time.

Rather he is a man of dillusion. — TXpatriot

Delusional would be if he mistook Michelle Malkin for his long lost mother.

Many of his follewers, however, are filled with hatred. I read through some of the threads on his website today. They are rife with anti-semitism. — TXpatriot

Well….

….there you have evidence supporting MY estimation of his situation.

Thanks for that.
