A cutting artifact? You intentionally ran the video back and slowed it down and you call this a cutting artifact? Not that I really care what you do to your video, but come on, how stupid do you think people are?
As for “felony menacing,” please. I looked it up. For menacing to be a felony you have to have a deadly weapon or claim you have a deadly weapon. Why do people tell me to look up things they haven’t even looked up?
